What surprised me most was our renters policy, renters is always cheap however, Rainey saved us about $15 on the total policy and gave us 20x the amount of coverage we had with LM, our coverage with LM was awful for renters and Rainey broke everything down to help me understand it a bit better. Obviously, while that savings isn't huge, the added coverage is! As far as auto, she helped us uncover quite a bit of savings there, almost $60/month! Rainey won us back and the Scott Brase team is always a pleasure to work with."

"I received a letter from Scott Brase's office today because I had a claim in 2021 for a cedar fence that was torn out due to a thunderstorm with high winds and hail. On May 8, 2024 the area had large amounts of hail and wind damage throughout large portions of the area and I dared to make a claim to repair my roof. State Farm doesn't mind charging huge premiums, but if they have to address a claim three years apart due to storm damage, you get a letter to be proactive in reducing the likelihood of future claims. Both claims filed in total were approximately $3700. I have spent thousands and thousands on premiums for home and auto. They are now questioning if they should renew my policy if any more claims are filed A veiled threat to force me not to seek recovery from storms I have no control over. They are a joke!"

"State Farm is a joke! They will drop you after one home policy claim. Scott Brase will NOT advocate for you at all. All these people care about is how much money they make. They literally expect you to stand outside and stop or control hurricane type winds and hail. We paid thousands a year to them for several years on homeowners, and they dropped us after one claim that they paid less out on. I will advise anyone willing to listen to avoid State Farm at all costs. They have lost the business of my entire family. If you do insure with them, good luck, and I hope you never experience any type of weather where you are located. According to the BBB reviews, they screw every single person over if it's weather related. The reviews on BBB are horrible. I wish I had checked before I ever chose to insure through them."

They originally told me it would arrive in 10 days but it arrived in 2 days. I was able to deposit the check & find a new car by the weekend. Brandon help me with insurance for the new vehicle and made sure I had all my bases covered. I have been with Scott's office for more years that I can remember & no one in his office has ever let me down. They have always been courteous & helpful even with simple questions."
